As the only Federally Registered Organisation, HBA is responsible for advising and assisting Members in best business practices and Industrial Relations advice as well as representing the needs of the Industry to government bodies and authorities.

We offer Members telephone advice, assist in representation in industrial courts and tribunals, provide templates and best practice guidelines to support your businesses needs and run educational seminars to help you get the most out of your employees and the most out of your business.
