This Refund Policy applies to the services and products offered by Professional Hairdressers Association Ltd ABN 40 000 016 026 (PHA).

After a person or entity has joined as a member of PHA online, PHA will only generally permit a full refund to be issued where that person is not eligible to be a member of PHA in accordance with PHA’s Constitution.

In all other cases, PHA will only permit a full refund to be issued where that person can demonstrate exceptional circumstances.
